Former Arsenal midfielder, Emmanuel Petit, has advised Manchester United’s Paul Pogba to stop “sulking” and making his situation with manager Jose Mourinho a “duel”.
Pogba has started half of United’s last six games on the bench, including both legs of the Champions League exit to Sevilla.
But Petit urged him to stop sending out “negative signals.”
“Paul, I’ll give him a little bit of advice – change attitude a bit.
“He should stop making it a Mourinho-Pogba duel, because the club of Manchester United is much more important than those two guys.
“Right now, he’s making it personal and you can clearly see that on the pitch as he is sending out a lot of negative signals.
“It gets tiresome when you’re sulking permanently,” Petit told RMC.
